KEA NEET UG 2026 Counselling Registration Commenced

KEA has announced online registration for NEET UG 2026-qualified candidates hoping to secure a seat in MBBS, BDS, or AYUSH programmes across Karnataka for the 2026-27 academic session.

Registration went live on July 17, 2026, and applies specifically to the 85% state quota — seats reserved for candidates under Karnataka's domicile and eligibility norms — rather than the 15% All India Quota, which is handled separately by the MCC. The window spans government, private, and deemed medical colleges throughout the state, spanning Government, Private, Management, and NRI quota categories.

To apply, candidates must register online, submit the necessary documents, and pay the applicable fee before the deadline lapses. From there, KEA is expected to conduct the counselling in four to five rounds, continuing until every available MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH seat has been filled.

How to Register for KEA NEET UG 2026 Counselling:

Step 1: Check eligibility under KEA and ensure that you meet all eligibility criteria.

Step 2: Visit the official KEA website and click on the button with the three lines on the upper right side of the page.

Step 3: Click on the ‘ADMISSIONS’ tab, then select ‘UGNEET-2026 (Medical/Dental/AYUSH)’.

Step 4: Select ‘UGNEET - 2026 ONLINE APPLICATION LINK (ONLY FOR NEW REGISTRATION) (17-07-2026)’.

Step 5: Fill out the necessary information under ‘NEW USER REGISTRATION’.

Step 6: Complete document verification.

Step 7: Check the state merit list.

Step 8: Fill and lock college/ course choices (option entry).

Step 9: Download allotment letter and report to college with fees.
