The Biotechnology (BT) undergraduate degree commenced in 2002 with 30 intakes. Presently, the intake for UG Biotechnology courses has doubled. Top infrastructure like well-equipped laboratories, lecture halls, a departmental library, and an air-conditioned seminar hall are utilised by the students enrolled in this course. The B.E Biotechnology program is accredited by the NBA for 6 years (2021-2027) under tier 1.
