Located in Silicon Valley of India, RV College of Engineering (RVCE), Bangalore, is one of the most prestigious engineering colleges in the country. Established in 1963, RVCE originally offered courses in three engineering branches, Civil Mechanical and Electrical. RVCE is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi. The college is known to produce skilled and disciplined engineers with the help of highly-qualified and dedicated faculty.
The institution is managed by a charitable trust named Rashtreeya Sikshana Samithi Trust (RSST).
