NEET-UG 2026 Stray Vacancy Round Allotment Results Released

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) declared the seat allotment results for the NEET UG 2026 Stray Vacancy Round on October 20, 2026. This is the fourth and final round of MCC’s All India counselling for NEET UG 2026. It fills the seats left vacant after Rounds 1, 2 and 3. The round covers MBBS, BDS and B.Sc Nursing. MCC counselling covers 15% All India Quota seats, with 100% seats in Deemed Universities, Central Universities, AIIMS institutes and AFMC. Allotted candidates must report to their colleges between October 19 and October 26, 2026. Candidates who are allotted a seat but do not report in this window forfeit their security deposit and are debarred from NEET UG counselling for the following academic year. Step 1: Visit mcc.nic.in and open the UG Medical Counselling section. Step 2: Click the stray vacancy round allotment result link.
