A B.Sc Computer Science honours programme with a specialisation in data analysis is a 4-year UG degree offered by RCSS. The field is designed to meet the growing demands of data analysis. The syllabus covers modules in data management, programming languages, statistical analysis, data visualisation, and machine learning. Students are also encouraged to focus on programming for those who want to pursue a career in it. Graduates of this course can work as data analysts, data scientists, software developers, business analysts, or similar professions. The course also includes two certificate programmes: Data Analytics with an Azure Data Scientist Associate certification and Data Analytics with a PCAP-Certified Associate in Python Programming certification. The B.Sc Computer Science degree offers three options. Students can either exit the course after the third year with a non-honours degree or complete four years to graduate with an honours or honours with research degree at RCSS.
