Master of Technology in Power Electronics is a 2-year master’s degree offered by the Department of EEE. The course has been provisionally accredited for two years in 2017 and 2018. Students from this course will excel in careers in the field of power electronics and related disciplines. Students shall undergo studies in modules such as AC-DC drives, power electronics in smart grids, hybrid electric vehicles, electromagnetic compatibility and soft switching techniques for converters. Students learn communication, project management, research and other soft skills during their enrollment into the programme.
